What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturdays 7:00 am - 1:00 pm. We’re closed on Sundays. Emergency services and after-hour irrigation repair service is available.

How much do your landscaping services cost?
We do offer free estimates for services requested; however, every project is different, and is hard to provide a cost until we review the property, or the scope of work requested. If there is a budget a client has in mind, this can be taken into consideration.

How do I maintain my lawn throughout the year?
A full work-up and schedule can be provided for year-round services, packages can be provided from level to top-tier services. fertilizing, post, and pre-emergent have a sensitive time window to be applied for the product to work efficiently.

Can you design a landscape for my space?
Custom landscape designs can be offered, and modifications can be suggested. If a 3D design is requested, a fee will be requested, however, if the homeowner selects us to proceed, that fee will be waived moving forward.

How often should I mow my lawn?
Lawn maintenance packages are suggested based on the needs of the customer and budget.

What’s the best time of year to plant my garden?
Depending on your zone, planting is best in early spring or late fall. Every plant, shrub, and annual has a specific time window and bloom cycle.

Do you offer seasonal clean-up services?
Spring and fall clean-ups are offered, but they can be provided at any time of year. This is especially true for new homeowners or property owners who want to clean-up before selling their homes. Do you offer seasonal clean-up services?

Are you licensed and insured?
We are insured and licensed to operate. All staff can communicate with the homeowner, and I am always available.

How long will it take to complete my landscaping project?
Every project is time-sensitive and will be a priority for completion. If you have an event or time in mind, scheduling is important and should be done in advance. Weather is the biggest setback.

What should I do if my plants or lawn are not thriving?
Every property or element is time-sensitive and should be addressed immediately to apply a product for it to work.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance or service contracts?
We provide a full work-up for a completed landscape installation and what you should do as the seasons change. We do offer service packages to keep up with the landscape so you are worry-free.

What kind of plants or materials are best for my climate?
Each region ( time zone) requires different planting windows, or some plants will thrive in some time zones and not in others, so you have to plant accordingly.

Can you install irrigation systems or sprinklers?
Irrigation systems and modifications can be provided. Yearly services are provided as well, spring start-up, and winterization.

Do you offer hardscaping services like patios, walkways, or retaining walls?
All outdoor hardscapes are provided. samples and previous installs can be provided and we 100% stand behind our work.

How do you handle pest control for my garden or lawn?
Products applied can vary depending on the problem. If you have pets, there is a timeline for application.

Can you help with drainage issues or landscape grading?
We are a drainage specialist, there is a wide range of components that are utilized in order to solve the issue, even sump pump installation to move water from a low area such as underground springs or if a home is lower than normal and standard drainage cannot accommodate.
